How to request a Mass intention 

• In person at the Main office located at Good Shepherd.
• By phone, 519-735-9517 to speak to Angela Dufault, Office Secretary
• Use a Mass Intention Request envelope or any envelope marked "Mass” and drop it in the Offertory basket at any of our churches or in our Secure Drop Boxes (located outside our office doors). Preprinted Mass Intention envelopes are available at the entrances of all our parishes.
• By email, send to [email protected] or [email protected]
• By mail, send to 462 Advance Blvd, Tecumseh, ON N8N 5G8
• Online Request: Fill out the online form below on this page and then send your donation via e-transfer to the parish you choose (details below) to have the mass at, mail a cheque to the office or drop off in person. In either case, please put "Mass Intention" in the Memo line. If the form below does not load, click here.

How to pay for a Mass intention 

[$10 stipend for each intention ~ cash or cheque made out to the appropriate church] 

• Use a Mass Intention Request envelope or any envelope marked “Mass” and drop it in the Offertory basket at any of our churches or in our Secure Drop Boxes (located outside our office doors) 
• Send an e-Transfer(include the information in the memo)to the parish where the intention is to be said:

GUIDELINES 

Due to the volume of mass intention requests we receive, we have set our booking guidelines to ensure fairness and allow most parishioners access to their preferred dates. Please consider there are many parishioners that would like to celebrate the anniversary of their deceased, weddings, birthdays, etc. so in this way we are able to ensure that dates are available as needed.  

Try to limit your request to no more than 5 intentions at a time. 

Mass intentions can be booked up to 4 months in advance starting with the month you make your request.  For example: in January you can book mass intentions from January to April, and in February from February to May, etc. 

Mass Intention Cards 

If you would like to give your loved one a Mass Intention card and are unable to pick one up at Good Shepherd, we have made blank copies available at each parish. You can fill them out with the date(s) that were booked. The cards can be found in the Narthax / main entrance of each parish location.
