Capital Report: Financial Update 2025 Restoration Progress
The restoration of Ste Anne’s Church has seen significant milestones achieved over the past several years. The church spire, a focal point of our architectural heritage, was carefully restored to its original position on 2017-11-14, following its removal on 2007-10-29. The subsequent reconstruction of the church walls, using high-quality manufactured stone, was successfully completed by 2018-03-22. Further improvements included the renovation of the parking lot, which was finalized on 2023-10-14. Most recently, the final phase of landscaping was completed, a testament to the dedication and hard work of both the Young Adult Ministry and the Knights of Columbus.
Fundraising Efforts
The progress of these restoration projects has been made possible through the generous support of our parishioners and community over the last 17 years. As we approach the completion of all major works, we kindly request continued financial assistance to help repay our outstanding Diocesan loan. In order to eliminate the remaining debt of $345,000 and fulfil our commitment to the Diocese, we are seeking ongoing donations and Pre-Authorized Remittance (PAR) pledges—either on a monthly or annual basis—over the next three years.
Landscaping and Memorial Benches
Our landscape design features three designated areas for six-foot memorial benches, providing parishioners with peaceful spaces to rest and reflect. The first three donors or pledges of $17,500 or more will have the unique opportunity to dedicate a bench, should they wish. These benches will be installed on sturdy concrete pads, located at the south entrance and the west hall entrance of the church.
We encourage you to renew your commitment to the Ste Anne’s Church Restoration Fund at a level that suits your circumstances. Should you have any questions, or wish to make or increase a pledge or donation, please contact the Parish Office for further information.
